Say hello to ‘Pothos!’

Hey there, everybody! I hope you’re all doing well.

I got up at 6am early this morning to go to Bunnings. I went with Roary to pick up my new adventure for me, ..meet ‘Pothos’!

Pothos is the name of my new plant that I got today, I want to have something different to do and something to look after. Pothos is a Devil’s Ivy plant, and supposed to be hard to kill, it’s an indoor plant and I have welcomed it into my life. I also found a pot that I liked and got some stakes for it to grow with. Thanks to Dan and Phoenix for showing and explaining about their Pothos plants, really great stuff. I also looked for something for it to sit on. I went to Fantastic Furniture which has the oak look that matches all my stuff, because all my stuff is from them. I found a few things I liked but the all oak table that I saw looked to fit my space perfectly. It is really well made, but it was pretty expensive, oh well, I like it so I guess that’s all that matters. The plant will get the diffused morning sun through my window where it is there. Thanks to Roary for helping assemble my table and taking me to all the places I wanted to go to this morning, really great stuff, thank you so much Roary! We also got breakfast at Mc Donald’s which was nice and I read the paper, as we waited for Fantastic Furniture to open.

With me, my mood has picked up a bit with getting out and about today, rather than what it has been like for the last 2 or 3 weeks with my down time. I think going out and doing stuff and doing other things rather than the same stuff I do especially compy stuff is definitely something I’m looking to do more of. I also did my weekly foodies shop this morning and paid all my bills, OMG there were so many bills haha!

So yes, I’m just going to go and relax now for my Thursday afternoon, and have my lunch, happy tail end of the week everybody! Down Time – Update.

Hey there, everybody!

I’m writing this ‘Down Time’ update for you all.

I have been feeling really empty in the last few weeks and it’s getting worse.
I have lost interest in everything I do, though hopefully investigating new interests and me starting at level zero, more news on that late this week.

For now, I’m just trying to get through my days. I have zero motivation to do anything or start any new projects.
This down period is the worst it has been for a long while. With that said I won’t be releasing anything new for a while until I’m feeling better again.This Friday I have a lot planned, to get out and about and have some new adventures and experiences, so hopefully that will make me feel better again.

I’ll let you all know how I go with it later this week, a clue is, I may get myself a Bunnings sausage while there haha, more info soon.
So anyway, hopefully I’ll feel better soon. I struggled to even take a picture for this write-up, see photo attached of me wearing my Iron Maiden T-shirt this afternoon hehe.

Command and Conquer! New Song!

Hey there, everybody! I hope you’re all well, happy Tuesday!

I have released a new song today titled ‘Command & Conquer’! It is based on the video game that I used to play back in the day.

So yes I’m pretty happy with it, I hope you all like it. Today I’m just pottering about my apartment and relaxing after an extremely busy day yesterday. I had lots of zoom meetings and I was finishing my new song. I was doing so much work yesterday, it was so full on and I had a headache later that day and my computer was having some problems. I think I pushed myself and the computer a bit too hard yesterday haha, also it was a Monday too so maybe my computer didn’t want to do any work haha.

Anyway it’s early Tuesday morning right now and I’m going to knock off work soon for the day. All my work is done. I’ll leave you with my new song / video (see attached YouTube video). Music and Me!

Hey there, everybody!

Happy Wednesday! I haven’t mentioned much about music this year so I thought I’d write this update for you all.

I have been developing new music ideas and stuff to hopefully develop a new full-length song at some stage. I am still learning my new music DAW programme that I got late last year.
With that said, I got a new inspiration today with finding an Advanced Wavetable Synthesizer called ‘Serum’. I want to work with more complex synth stuff and I found that one really good, it has a demo version that you can get to try it out, I’m pretty happy with it I must say.

At the beginning of this year I had a couple of sayings that I say to myself and one of them was ..’if I don’t make any new music for a while it is ok’, I can be ok with that. I know not everything can be bigger and better all the time, but those odd moments where I have something special that I have made such as some of my music and other stuff, I put them in a folder on my compy, that contains my most favourite works.

With getting older and stuff, I get confused a bit, and find it hard to do some stuff sometimes. I have a mental disability so that’s why.

With other things, I’m putting my health first before my creative work and spend less time on social media and the computer overall. I’m looking for a happy medium. So I am trying to look at giving myself time to get out and about when I can and enjoy other stuff, whatever that maybe.

In conclusion, thanks to everybody that is a part of my world in some way. Thanks to all my wonderful fans, friends, and family, and my team, you’re all wonderful special people to me, thank-you! I dropped my guitars down 2 whole steps from Drop C, to what I think is Drop A tuning, it’s a bit different for me but they sound really good hehe.

Happy Sunday! Chicken Dinosaurs!

Hey there, everybody!

I am having a relaxing Sunday, well now I am. Today I have been very busy tidying my apartment, I had paperwork everywhere this morning from last night haha where I got all my stuff out from under my bed. So yes I am in the process of tidying my apartment, something I have needed to do as I am well and truly at capacity for the space that I have. So yes I’ll have my worker tomorrow too, to help me finish it off and get rid of lots of old stuff that I have. I was thinking about selling some of this stuff but it’s pretty old and I couldn’t be bothered, It’s all going out to the garbage tomorrow.

So yes, I have been busy hehe. I cooked some chicken dinosaurs that I love to cook, that are very delicious and that I had for dinner tonight (see photo attached). With other things, I thought I had a problem with my camera yesterday but I found I had accidently switched the camera body to Manual focus rather than Auto focus which if you’re into camera’s is a major thing you want to have working. The camera has so many buttons and switchy things haha!

Happy Saturday!! Meet Max!!

Hey there, everybody!

I hope you have been well and keeping cool, it’s pretty warm today and tomorrow Sunday is supposed to be especially hot.

Happy Saturday today everybody! I have been digging into the last days of my 3D programme, and I have just finished a new project. This is the last 3D model/render that I will do for awhile, I hope you like it, meet Max the dog hehe. He is a good boy and spends most of his time at home.

I was inspired to do this as I have been watching ‘The Secret Life of Pets’ on Netflix, where I got the idea from. So yes you can view my final render (attached), it looks better big, so make sure you can view the render on a large screen for the full experience, such as a computer monitor or even a T.V. I hope you like it! 🙂

I am having a break now and I am just relaxing, I’m knocking off work now for the rest of my weekend, all my work is done, it’s now right on 5:49 PM for my Saturday, have a great last bit of your weekend everybody and I’m sure I’ll catch you all next week sometime. I’m going to have a little party tonight and have some time away from the compy, have dinner and listen to music, all the best everybody, ta, Alisha.

Sunday, 38 degree day, out and about!

Hey there, everybody!

I hope you’re all well.

I went out yesterday evening, Sunday on what was a 38 degree day. I went with my worker Roary to Altona Beach. It was so packed there, everybody and their dog was there haha. Roary took a sunset photo of me and I also took some photos of the industrial power facilities around that area too. Thanks to Roary for a wonderful time yesterday, I had a great time! It was so much fun! Today it’s misty and raining haha that’s Melbourne weather for you haha!

I have been so busy already this week. I had my latest song played on my friend’s YouTube show this morning. I have been soooo busy, I am also catching up with my workers today too, Dan and Phoenix!

Hey there, everybody!

We come around to another Friday, happy TGI-Friday everybody!

I hope you’re all well. I went out with my worker Roary yesterday to pick up some things from Vic Market for a photoshoot that I wanted to do this weekend. So yes it’s a self portrait, photo of me, and my first selfie for the year in 2024 haha! It was so much fun and it’s good to do something different than my usual music and 3D stuff that I do. So yes I was happy with how it came out. (see 2 photos attached, a close up and a wide shot).

New Song Released, ‘Rager’!!

Hey there, everybody!

I have finished my new song today, a short little song titled ‘Rager’.
I had so much fun making it, really great stuff. I have finished the last of my projects for a while, so yes I’m having a break for the rest of this week. I’m not sure what is next on the horizon, but yes that will be something I’ll figure out next week. I will hopefully get out of the office at the end of this week ..Weather permitting. It’s good for me to have some time away from the compy hehe.

My New Song.

The ‘Alisha’ A Team!

Hey there, everybody! Happy Tuesday!

I hope you’re all well and doing great things. Over the last few days I have been working on a new 3D project using my 3D App on my compy. I finished it at lunch time today and I have now released it, it has now gone out into the world hehe. The Model is of the A-Team van, from the show, but for me the A stands for the ‘Alisha Team’ haha! I made it, to dedicate it to my Treating Team, the ‘Alisha Team’, for all their wonderful work they do, Dan, Phoenix and Roary! It’s really great, thank you so much everybody! I am certainly thriving in these times nowadays, (see attached final render).

Well I’m enjoying a celebratory beer right now for all my hard work and for the completion of this project, it was so much fun, really great I think so. I also have a music project, new song that I have been working on too, so look out for that some stage upcoming probably in the next month or so time. Time to knock off work early for the day, all my work is done, it’s right on 2:30PM for my Tuesday, have a great rest of your week everybody!
